How far is the campsite from the beach and the town center?
The beach is 800 m from the campsite, accessible by foot, bike or car. The center of Notre-Dame-de-Monts is 900 meters away.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card, cheque, cash and ANCV vacation vouchers.
How to make a reservation
Reservations can be made via the website, by telephone or by e-mail. A booking contract will be sent to you and must be returned with a deposit.
Do you offer cancellation insurance?
Yes, for online bookings only, up to 4% of the total cost of the stay.
What is the minimum length of stay?
July-August: 7 nights minimum, Saturday to Saturday for accommodations. Low season: 2 nights minimum.
When to pay the balance?
For accommodation: 30 days before arrival. For pitches: on the day of arrival.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, on the day of arrival. The amount depends on the accommodation. It can be paid by check or credit card imprint.
Arrival and departure times?
Arrival: from 2pm. Departure: 10am for accommodation, 12pm for pitches.
Can we receive visitors?
Yes, there’s no charge for overnight guests. If they are staying overnight or using the pool, a supplement will be charged. They must report to reception.
Is there a snack bar?
Yes, open from July 1 to August 31. Sale of bread, pastries, on-site and take-away catering and convenience products.
What leisure facilities are available?
Heated indoor swimming pool (late April to mid-September), multi-sports field, 2 playgrounds (one indoor), ping-pong table, pétanque court. Board games and books available to borrow at reception.
Is the pool supervised?
No, but access is secured by a gate.
Is there WIFI?
Yes, free at reception and at the campsite entrance.
Is it possible to rent baby equipment?
Yes: cot, high chair, bathtub, €10 per week.
Are bicycles available for hire?
Two bike rental companies are available in Notre-Dame-de-Monts. Delivery possible to the campsite, subject to availability.
Can we barbecue on the campsite?
Two communal barbecues are available for charcoal. On pitches, only electric or gas barbecues are permitted.
Is there TV in the accommodation?
Yes, included in each accommodation at no extra charge.
Is bed linen provided?
Pillows and blankets provided, sheets to bring.
Is there security on the campsite?
Night watch in July and August. Gated access from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. with personal code. Defibrillator at entrance, trained staff.
Entertainment?
No, apart from kids’ club, aquafitness and pétanque competitions in July and August.
Size of pitches?
Approx. 80 m², shaded and hedged.
Is it possible to park your car?
Yes, there’s a space for every pitch.
Do you welcome motorhomes?
Yes, with disposal area, water and chemical toilet.
What is the amperage on the pitches?
Limited to 10 amperes (≈2200 Watts).
How do showers work?
With magnetic badge, included in stay. 10 minutes per person. Deposit of €10 per badge.
Dead garage available?
Free off-season, no electricity.
